Support Services
All equipment supplied by RUGGED MOBILE Systems is available with a range of warranty and support options, including:- extended warranty period of up 5 years or more
– optional comprehensive cover including accidental damage and theft
– a selection of SLA’s from basic repair through to next day exchange and on-site support.
Wherever possible we work with manufacturers with their own (or fully authorised third party) service and repair centres based in the UK. In some cases repair centre's are outside of the UK.
For all equipment we provide comprehensive technical support and advice covering the full project life cycle from product selection, evaluation, design, implementation, roll-out and operational issues.
- This service is available 5 days a week (Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30 and Friday 09:00 to 17:00).
